2(15oz.) cansVeg-All OR 1 (29oz.) can Veg-Allor Mixed Vegetables, drained well
1cupOniondiced
1(10.5 oz.) canCream of Mushroom Soup
1cupSour Cream
½cupMayonnaise
Salt and Black Pepperto taste
1cupShredded Cheese
1sleeveRitz Crackerscrushed, or any buttery cracker
½cupButtermelted
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9" x 13" casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Combine all ingredients except the cracker crumbs and butter in a large bowl. Mix well until combined.
Pour that creamy vegetable mixutre into your prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Mix the crushed crackers and melted butter in a small bowl. Sprinkle on top of the casserole.
Bake for 35-45 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Once it's done, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
