How To Make This Recipe

Ingredients
- (2) 14oz. packages Smoked Sausages your choice
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce your favorite brand
- ½ cup Brown Sugar firmly packed
Instructions
- Cut each sausage link into round bite-size pieces.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until well-coated.
If Grilling:
- Turn the grill to low.
- Spray a disposable aluminum pan that is safe to use on the grill with nonstick spray.
- Place smoked sausage bites into pan and grill until hot, sticky, and done, turning frequently.
If Baking in the Oven:
- Place BBQ-covered sausage in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Notes
- If grilling, stir the sausages frequently to prevent burning and achieve an even caramelization.
- To keep these sausage bites warm for game day, a party, or a gathering, add them to a slow cooker and set it to warm.
