Oreo cookies are dipped, one at a time, in milk and then layered in a baking dish. Each cookie is given a quick dip in the milk. Dip in. Pull out. Then, the cookies are topped with a layer of chocolate pudding, followed by a layer of Cool Whip. Repeat the layers and end with Cool Whip. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
