Keeping your countertops clean and organized should not be a difficult task. I don’t like clutter, so if anything is sitting on my countertop, it better serve a purpose. Countertops seem to be a collect all for cookbooks, papers, utensils, coffee and tea supplies and other things that seem to just accumulate from out of nowhere. And before long you have a bunch of kitchen counter clutter that is a hot mess!

If your microwave is sitting on your counter, it is taking up a lot of room. My counter space is precious space, and I don’t have room for my microwave on my counter. Keeping your countertops clear and organized doesn’t have to be difficult. Look around and see what you can do to free up more space on your counters. Use every inch you can. Bring in baskets, decorative pieces, and use your imagination to make this space work for you and your family. Don’t be afraid to try new things and move things around if they are not working.
