Chocolate Lush Dessert

Chocolate Lush is a creamy, luscious layered dessert with chocolate pudding, cream cheese, and cool whip on top of a graham cracker crust. A fabulous dessert for potlucks, get-togethers, or just anytime you need a chocolate fix.

This dessert was a hit with the family. Needless to say, as soon as we finished the first one, they asked for another. If you are looking for something rich and chocolaty, look no further.

I’ve been sitting on this recipe for a while and decided I would share it with you. Yes, there are many versions of this recipe out there, and I’m sure if you look hard enough, you will find one in your recipe file as well. But, this recipe is just too good to keep all to myself.

My daughter is a chocolate fan –not just a small fan of chocolate either; she’s a huge fan. When she was little, I actually had to dig to the bottom of my purse for M&M’s (I blew the lint off, of course) because she was literally having a chocolate meltdown. Chocolate desserts are a must in my family.

CAN I CHANGE THE FLAVORS

Sure, if you are not a chocolate fan, use lemon. I have. As a matter of fact, check out my Lemon Pudding Pie recipe here. It’s basically the same recipe. I just swapped out the filling.

This is a fast and easy recipe. You will need some will power in letting this chill for a few hours before serving. I know, right? But, in just three easy steps, your family can enjoy this dessert as well.
