Ingredients needed for Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Bars with text overlay.
  • Graham Crackers: The crust is made with graham cracker crumbs mixed with butter and sugar.
  • Butter: I usually use salted butter because that’s what I keep in my refrigerator. Unsalted butter will work just fine for this sweet graham cracker crust.
  • Sugar: White sugar adds just the right amount of sweetness to the crust.
  • Cream Cheese: Room temperature cream cheese is needed for the cheesecake mixture. I use two packages of regular cream cheese.
  • Cool Whip: A big tub is needed for this recipe.
  • Confectioners Sugar: Confectioners sugar (powdered sugar) is used for the cheesecake filling.
  • Vanilla extract: My favorite flavoring.
