Chocolate Dipped Brownie Bites

Bite-sized brownies dipped in chocolate for a truly satisfying treat.

There are so many choices for brownies–chewy, gooey, cake-like, fudgy, and moist. But my all-time favorite brownie is chocolate-dipped.

Chocolate-Dipped Brownie Bites make a fabulous and, in my opinion, award-winning treat. Be warned these chocolate-covered bites are very addicting, and you will have to have some self-control when eating them.

Chocolate Brownies covered in Chocolate Almond Bark and then drizzled in melted white chocolate chips. See where self-control comes into play? And I am speaking from experience here.

To make this recipe easy, use your favorite boxed brownie. There are some really good boxed brownie mixes to choose from–nuts, no nuts, caramel, extra chocolate– you know what I’m talking about. Feel free, of course, to make your brownies from scratch. It’s totally up to you. If you are looking for a homemade brownie recipe, check out my Ultimate Double Chocolate Brownies

Chocolate Almond Bark– In my opinion, this is the best for dipping. I like the way Almond Bark melts and sets up on cookies, Oreo Balls, Peanut Butter Balls, and these Brownies. Follow the package directions, and you will have the perfect chocolate dip for dunking these heavenly bites of goodness. **Tip– make sure you are ready for dipping before you melt the Almond Bark. This stuff sets up fast, so be ready.

These are also great to add that little bit of drizzle to the top of the Brownie Bites to give them that added touch. Follow the package directions, and you can’t go wrong.

Tips and Variations for Making the Perfect Chocolate Covered Brownie Bites

**Make and prepare brownies according to package directions.
**Cool brownies completely before slicing or dipping.
**Make sure you have everything ready for dipping before you melt the Almond Bark. This includes rolling out the parchment paper/wax paper and placing the brownies on the paper before beginning.
**You will need to work quickly after melting the Almond Bark.
**Once the brownies have been dipped, then melt the white chocolate. This will allow the Almond Bark time to set up on the brownies before you drizzle them with the white chocolate.
**I have found it easier to dip a fork in the white chocolate and drizzle or splatter on top of the chocolate brownies.
**Use your favorite toppings such as M&M’s or Sprinkles.
**Tint your white chocolate to go along with the holidays. Use red and green for Christmas, pink and purple for spring, red, white, blue for the 4th of July. You get the idea. 🙂
**Add sprinkles.
If you are short on time and need a dessert fast, stop by your local bakery and pick up a box of fresh brownies. Then melt and cover with chocolate at home.

This is really the best and easiest recipe for making Brownie Bites. Your guest and family will think you spent hours in the kitchen making this dessert, and really–you spent minutes. Easy, delicious, fast, and impressive. What’s stopping you from making these today? Enjoy!
