Ingredients Needed for Skinny Poolside Dip
The ingredients are simple and easy to find in most grocery stores, and you probably already have most of them. Please see the printable recipe card below for a complete list of ingredient amounts.
Nonfat Greek Yogurt – Find your favorite brand, and no one will ever guess that this delicious dip is made with Greek yogurt.
Cream Cheese – This recipe uses light cream cheese or regular cream cheese.
Taco Seasoning – Taco seasoning adds a lot of flavor and makes the southwestern flavors pop.
Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix – Ranch Seasoning adds so much flavor to this dip.
Black Beans – I use canned black beans for this recipe. Rinse and drain well before adding to the mix.
Whole Kernel Corn—I prefer canned whole-kernel sweet corn for convenience. You can also use fresh corn if available, or frozen corn.
Cheese—I use shredded cheddar cheese, but I have also used Pepperjack cheese for a touch of heat.
Jalapeno Pepper – Remove the seeds from the jalapeno pepper to cut down on the heat.
Cilantro – I love a dish with the fresh taste of cilantro. It’s optional, but I recommend adding it to the dish.
Cayenne Pepper or Red Pepper Flakes—These are optional, but add a touch of heat without being overpowering.
